Our event planning team coordinates mansion rentals for party venues and meeting space.
In addition to the rental fee for the unique Watson-Curtze Mansion or the rustic Yellow House in Western, PA, we offer wedding venue and special event rental coordination packages per person. Our coordination services make planning your big day easy, from small wedding reception and event venues for an intimate gathering, up to larger outdoor wedding and event venues accommodating 300 people.
Pricing includes set-up and tear-down of rented items. Tables, chairs, tents and linens are not included in the standard rental fee. Wedding mansion rentals and special event packages are available that include item rental coordination.
Victorian Wedding/Event Venues Package A: $20/Person
Includes the rental of a white frame tent, round banquet tables, white padded folding chairs and white tablecloth linens.
Victorian Wedding/Event Venues Package B: $15/Person
Includes the rental of round banquet hall tables, white padded folding chairs and white tablecloth linens. While you have your choice of catering and bartending services, a Preferred Vendor list is available, and our event planning team can coordinate rentals and recommend catering and bar services. Since these vendors are very familiar with our vintage wedding and special event venues, they can provide direction on how to maximize the space to enhance your guests’ experience.
Hold and Secure Your Erie, PA Mansion Rental Event
To hold or secure a date for your Lake Erie wedding or special event, the Hagen History Center requires a signed rental agreement, along with a 50 percent deposit of the total rental fee. Deposits are nonrefundable. Payments can be made online, by phone or mailed to Hagen History Center, Attn: Special Event Coordinator, 356 West Sixth Street, Erie, PA 16507.
